Here, at an altitude of 1,300–1,600 meters above sea level, farmers cultivate coffee in rich volcanic soil and a warm tropical climate, which gives the beans a special density and depth of flavor. La Pastora coffee is known for its clean and balanced flavor profile, light sweetness, and bright fruit notes. In the cup, you can feel the nuances of milk chocolate, honey, and tangerine, which creates a soft, velvety texture and a long aftertaste.
