How to make coffee in a Bialetti Moka Pot
When brewing coffee before first use, we recommend brewing and pouring it 2-3 times – this will wash away the dust particles and oil residues from the plant, and in their place a noble coffee film will form, which enhances the taste properties of the coffee.
- First pour to the level of the safety clamp at room temperature to the water tank.
- Fill the shell with grinding coffee (don’t squeeze it), cut the excess from the edges and enter the huni in the reservoir.
